DETAILS
Our shaker cabinet doors are made of MDF panel and pressed by PVC film. We can make shaker cabinet doors with exquisite groove and three- dimensional sense.
CNC CENTER
We have advanced CNC router which can carved MDF panel into any design. It can carve very exquiste groove for your shaker cabinet doors.
We adopt full computer control, we can control the error range ±1mm.
SANDER
We have full-automatic sander to polish the MDF shaker cabinet door panel. Panels can be polished fine and smooth in a better way. And it can save the labor cost.
VACUUM PRESS MACHINE
Our cabinet doors are vacuum pressed by the machine which was imported from Germany. It will be pressed very tightly with the PVC film and not easy to degumming.
