Product Description of Spherical Plain Bearing:
Radial Spherical plain bearings are design to cater to all heavy loading equipments.
Plain bearings are able to cater to various sliding contact surfaces;
Steel/PTFE composite material and Steel/PTFE fabric material.
Range of production range from ID15mm to ID250mm.
Joint bearing can bear larger load. According to their different types and structure,
can bear radial load, axial load and radial, axial and the existence of joint load. Because
of the inner ring of the outer spherical surface with composite material, so the bearing in
the workplace can generate self lubrication. Commonly used for low speed of swinging
movement, and the low speed rotation, also can be in a certain angle range for tilting
movement, when the supporting shaft and the shaft hole of the shell are not concentric
degree bigger when, can still work normally. Joint self-lubricating bearings used in water
conservancy, specialized machinery etc..
Feature:
1. Design – Elimination of the guide ring allowed for a design change that improves cage balance and strength.
2. Material Technology – HPS series is made from high-cleanliness Z steel. Special surface treatment of spherical roller bearing increases resistance to wear.
3. Offer advanced material options: Super TF and TL steel, depending on application requirements.
4. Advanced Technology - patented Molded Oil lubrication system is also available.
5. Bearings are also available with an oil groove and holes in the outer ring for re-lubrication purposes. Optional inner ring oil groove and holes available.
