Pressure GRP Sewage Pump Stations With Customizable Features And Functions

GRP integrated pump station is a common equipment that provides potential energy and pressure energy for water through water pumps to solve the problem of irrigation and drainage and sewage discharge under non-self-flow conditions. It can be prefabricated in our factory according to customer needs and shipped after installation. The wellbore of the integrated pump station is made of customized materials, and the interior includes water pumps, grilles, pipelines, valves, instruments, control equipment, and maintenance facilities, etc., to ensure the cost-effectiveness and operational reliability of the system to the greatest extent. It has outstanding performance in both urban waterlogging prevention and control and rainwater and sewage collection and treatment.
Within two weeks, we can complete all the processes including excavation, backfilling, compaction, connection, leakage test, control system installation, trial operation, final commissioning and document record. This will save a lot of pump station installation time, saving time up to 80%. More importantly, it can solve a series of problems such as leakage and corrosion, water pump failure, silt deposition, environmental pollution, frequent maintenance and high cost of traditional pump stations.

Sewage lifting pump station is a facility used to lift sewage from a lower place to a higher place. In some cases, due to terrain or other reasons, sewage cannot flow into sewage treatment facilities or discharge points by natural gravity, so it needs to be lifted to a sufficient height by lifting pumping station.

A sewage lifting pump station usually includes the following main parts:

 

Catchment Basin: This is a place for temporary storage of sewage, which can be an underground concrete tank or a closed steel container.
Sewage pump: This is the core equipment of the lifting pump station, which is used to lift the sewage from the sump to the required height. According to the type and design of the pump, it can be divided into centrifugal pump, submersible pump, self-priming pump and so on.
Control system: The control system is responsible for controlling the start and stop of the sewage pump to ensure the normal operation of the pump station. Generally, it will include liquid level sensor, motor protector, control box and so on.
Pipeline system: including water inlet pipes, outlet pipes, bypass pipes, etc., used to transport sewage to where it is needed.
Other equipment: such as backup pumps (in order to prevent the failure of the main pump), inspection wells (for inspection and maintenance), gas treatment equipment (to deal with the foul gas produced in the sump), etc.
