Overview of NYP series ordinary (stainless steel) inner ring high viscosity pump

NYP high viscosity pump is a new type of positive displacement pump developed according to the needs of petroleum, chemical, coating, grease, medicine, dye, food and other industries. Since the inner ring high viscosity pump can choose different materials and structures, it is widely used in the transportation of media with different properties and viscosities.

Applicable medium temperature: -10℃ —200℃ (the applicable temperature of NYPO.78 and NYP2.3 is -10℃ —80℃).

Applicable medium viscosity: 1.0cSt-300,000cSt (the applicable viscosity of NYPO.78 and NYP2.3 is 1.0cSt-10,000cSt).

(3) Correct selection of parts materials can transport a variety of corrosive media, and the operating temperature can reach 200°C.

(5) The pump speed and flow rate are in a linear relationship. The pump flow rate can be changed by changing the speed appropriately.

It is particularly suitable for conveying high-viscosity media. It is widely used in various fluid conveying industries, especially for conveying fluids with large viscosity changes and a wide range.

There are two types of materials: ordinary cast iron and stainless steel.

The pump head, pump housing and sealing chamber can all be equipped with insulation jackets. Select the location that needs insulation according to actual needs.

The jacket and pump body are cast into one piece, which has good thermal insulation effect and can avoid various problems caused by welding jacket.

When heating is required: various heat media such as hot steam, heat transfer oil, etc. are introduced into the jacket cavity for insulation.

When cooling is required: various coolants can be used to maintain a constant temperature of the inner ring high viscosity pump body.

Adjustable clearance: The pump can adjust the gear clearance according to the viscosity requirements without disassembling the pump to meet the process requirements of the inner ring high viscosity pump under different viscosities. The biggest advantage of the integral bearing box is that the clearance can be adjusted by simply rotating the bearing box. The operation is simple and there is no need to disassemble any parts of the pump.

The outer rotor drives the inner ring type high viscosity pump to rotate in the same direction, with less wear and long service life.

Application industry: Suitable for conveying pure and viscous fluids, can be used to convey oil products such as lubricating oil, crude oil, etc.; can also be used to convey molasses, polyurethane, black and white materials, rubber, asphalt, paint, adhesives, dyes, coatings, lubricants, polyols, food, medicines and other high-viscosity materials without granular impurities; can also be used to convey PA PB PC PE PS HIPS ABS PP PET PVA and other high-temperature, high-viscosity polymer melt materials.
