The large-caliber double-suction submersible sewage pump has advanced and mature hydraulic performance. The pump is divided into two series: clean water and sewage. At the same time, these two series are further divided into three categories: ordinary type, type with external circulating cooling water and automatic stirring type.

Due to the adoption of the latest double-suction double-channel structure, in actual operation, water enters from both ends of the water pump impeller and flows out from the middle. The water inlet of the water pump is divided into upper and lower parts, and water is drawn from the bottom. The water suction level is low in the water suction direction. Because water is sucked from both ends, one end of the isolation oil chamber between the pump and the motor is at the water suction port position, and it is always in a negative pressure state during operation. It is not easy to leak compared to the single-suction structure. Because the pump sucks water from both ends, the motor has no axial tension, and the double-channel structure reduces the radial force, thereby extending its service life and achieving the functions of durability, stability and practicality.

10. An oil-water probe is installed in the pump oil chamber. When the mechanical seal on the water pump side is damaged, water enters the oil chamber and the probe generates a signal to protect the pump.

4. Pump use conditions

1. The medium temperature does not exceed 60℃, the density is 1.0～1.3kg/dm3, and the pH value is in the range of 5～9.

2. For pumps without internal gravity circulation cooling system, the motor part shall not exceed 1/2 exposed above the liquid surface.

3. In general, the pump must be used within the operating head range to ensure that the motor is not overloaded. If it needs to be used within the full head range, it should be specified when ordering so that the manufacturer can manufacture it.

4. During operation, the pump motor current must not exceed the rated current of the motor.
