Expansive Application Range and Distinctive Product Features
The pressure on the shaft seal is expertly balanced using the balance holes on the secondary blades or impellers. The shaft seal offers exceptional versatility and can be sealed with either soft packing, which can be cooled or not cooled, depending on your needs.
Various configurations of single and double end mechanical seals are available, including balanced types for optimized performance.
Durable ball bearings and substantial shaft diameter ensure smooth and reliable operation. Select pump body specifications feature double screw shells to balance radial forces effectively.
The bearing frame includes the shaft, impeller, and packing box, forming a composite component for easy maintenance of the pump body without needing removal from the pipeline, especially when using an extended coupling.
Utilizing the shaft eliminates the need to remove the motor. The flange design, compatible with PN16 and PN25, depending on material differences, also extends to ANSI125 standards.
Supports pressure ratings of pounds per square inch up to 150.
