Ultra-light stainless steel reverse axial flow submersible sewage pump
WOQGP is an ultra-light stainless steel reverse axial flow port sewage pump, which has the characteristics of energy saving, small size, light weight and high efficiency. The impeller adopts a special reverse axial flow rotary blade structure, which has the characteristics of light weight, large flow and high efficiency. It is made of special integral stainless steel material or a combination of aluminum alloy and stainless steel, which not only has the function of light weight, but also has the characteristics of wear resistance and durability.
The water outlet of the pump adopts a quick-release connector to connect with a universal fire hose: it has the function of rapid on-site application, which increases the speed of use.
The flow rate of the ultra-light stainless steel reverse axial flow submersible sewage pump should be selected according to the design flow rate of domestic drainage:
1. When there is drainage adjustment, the flow rate can be selected according to the size of domestic drainage.
2. When the water collection tank cannot be equipped with an emergency drain pipe, the water pump should have an uninterrupted power supply;
3. When the drainage inlet pipe can be closed, uninterrupted power supply may not be required, but an alarm device should be installed.
4. When lifting sewage and wastewater with large impurities, the outlet pipes of submersible sewage pumps in different collection tanks should not be combined for discharge.
5. When lifting general wastewater, the outlet pipes of submersible sewage pumps from different water collection tanks may be combined for discharge according to actual conditions. When two or more pumps share one outlet pipe, valves and check valves should be installed on each pump outlet pipe. When a single pump may cause backflow, a check valve should be installed. It is not allowed to combine the pressure drain valve with the gravity drain pipe in the building for discharge.
6. When the submersible sewage pump lifts large pieces of debris, the submersible sewage pump should be equipped with a crushing device; when lifting sewage containing a lot of fiber, a large-channel submersible sewage pump should be used.
The ultra-light stainless steel reverse axial flow submersible sewage pump adopts a new type of ultra-light reverse axial flow submersible sewage pump, a high-speed permanent magnet motor and a dedicated permanent magnet motor frequency conversion controller. The internal structure adopts a new type of reverse axial flow submersible sewage pump, and the impeller adopts a special reverse axial flow structure. The water outlet part of the pump is connected with a clamp-type quick-install water outlet connector, which can be connected to an external universal fire hose: it has the function of rapid on-site application, which improves the speed and intensity of use.
