1. Injection molding machine servo energy saving retrofitting project
The servo system is between the controller and the load, which is used to control the load movement accurately according to the command of the controller. It is mainly composed of servo driver, servo motor, oil pump and sensor.
The Servo control system supply pressure and flux according to the machine’s demand
1.1) When cooling, the motor stops rotating and there is no power consumption.
1.2) When the pressure is maintained, the rated torque of the motor is output, and only the oil leakage in the system is output.
1.3) During the operation, the system only outputs the actual demand without overflow energy loss.
