2. Energy saving of seamless steel pipe production line

 The rod chamber of the working cylinder always passes through constant pressure oil. When the pressure oil is fed into the non rod chamber, the rod cavity and the rod free cavity are connected at the same time to realize differential, and the hammer head drops rapidly under the action of itself and oil pressure to realize striking. After the impact, the rodless chamber is connected with the oil return port, and the path to the rod chamber is cut off at the same time. The hammer head returns quickly under the action of the pressure oil in the rod chamber.

采用此原理的液压锤,既克服了进油打击方式液气锤有杆腔压缩气体少量泄漏即影响锤头不能正常回程及回程速度,位置难以得到控制的缺陷,又克服了放油打击方式液气锤闷模时间长,回弹连击,回程速度慢,打击频率低等缺点.

The hydraulic hammer based on this principle not only overcomes the defects of small amount of compressed gas leakage in rod cavity of hydro pneumatic hammer in oil feeding striking mode, which affects the normal return of hammer head and the difficulty to control the return speed and position of hammer head, but also overcomes the disadvantages of long mold clamping time, springback continuous strike, slow return speed and low strike frequency.
