Salt Production Line

Working Principle
The crushing and washing process begins by feeding the raw salt crystals into the crusher,which breaks them down into smaller particles.
The crushed salt is then washed multiple times using a series of cleaning devices to remove impurities such as dirt, rocks and other debris. The washed salt is passed through a fluidized bed drying system to remove excess water. The final step in the grinding and washing salt refining technology is to package the refined salt and distribute it to the customer. In general, the grinding and washing salt refining technology is a reliable and effective way to produce high quality, pure salt.It is widely used in the salt industry and is popular with investors for its huge production capacity, which meets the needs of a variety of different industries, including food production, industrial processes and water treatment.
