Turn Key for Marijana hemp CBD oil cold ethanol extraction system for dryer
Product Introduction Conveyor drying uses a perforated belt to transfer feed materials through the dryer. Heated air is either passed under and through, or over and through the belt and product bed before being reheated and re-circulated. Units are normally multi zoned and may have differing airflow's in successive zones. A perfect solution for drying biomass to prepare material for the next phase of solvent extraction. This unit can process up to 1,000 lbs. of raw stripped biomass per hour. The drying time from loading to perfectly dried output is approximately 5 hours. This system can be continuously fed to optimize your efficiency. The belt speed and temperature are both fully adjustable to meet your particular needs. The system can utilize Natural gas, Propane or a Diesel Burner for the heat source and will provide consistent warm airflow for drying.

The machine can use electric, gas, LPG, coal,biological particles, diesel and other energy heating. The working principle is that the air heated by the heat source in the hot air stove ,is blown by circulation fans into the inside of the drying cabinet body, so that the moisture of the product is evaporated under the heat. Evaporated under the action, the generated moist air discharged to the outside of the device with the exhaust pipe.
The machine can continuously feed and make the material run smoothly. During the material conveying process, the gap is conveyed through the intermittent mesh belt to realize the turnover of the material and reach the homogeneity of the heated wind on all surfaces. It can connect with other equipment to achieve continuous operation.
