For continuous separation of solids from liquids such as thickening and dewatering sludge, suspensions with granular solids, clarification of liquids, separating starch, etc. We provide a broad range of DECANTER sizes.

Application 
 Plam oil centrifuge is suitable for plam oil dehydration and slag, after separating plam oil reach national standard.

1.The integral design of the machine adopt international advanced type of structure design in recent years, motor puts beside, cover flat on flame structure, it causes that the machine maintenance is more convenient, low noise, small vibration, easy installation. 2.Stainless steel cover adopts enclosed design, peculiar smell gas of the machine in the work is not be leaked. It leads that the work environment satisfies the requirements. 3.Drum material adopts stainless steel 304/SS316L/DSS2205. 4.Vibration system adopts drum high modulus of elasticity of absorbing vibration damping device. Compared to previous models, the machine vibration is greatly reduced. 5.Electrical control adopts double frequency automatic control system 6.The other main components adopt joint venture or wholly-owned or domestic famous brand products.

Our tricanter centrifuge is for continuous separation of solids from liquids such as thickening and dewatering sludge.

With disc separator,nozzler separator,our model is Disc separator PDSP15000-N,similar with  PAS 710. 
It is used for clarifying and purifying at same time also used to clarify and purify the similar materials. This is a new type of partial discharge and high speed centrifugal separator.

Our decanter centrifuge is applicable in chemical, pharmaceutical, food industries, etc.,for the solution of filtering and dewatering projects. After oil pressing, the palm oil containing water and solid will enter tricanter for separation. The oil phase can be treated using a purifier, and the oil content in the water phase can be recovery with a nozzle separator. Some of my customers in this field will put the oil after pressing in a tank, leave it for a period of time, it will form 3 layers, solid layer at the bottom, water layer in the middle, and oil layer on the top; then use a nozzle separator to treat the water phase to recover the oil.
