Description of H2586 Through Bore Slip Ring
The Senoirup H2586 series through-hole conductive slip ring has a center aperture of 25.4mm (suitable for any rotating device with a hole diameter ≤25.4mm), an outer diameter of 86mm, and the outer shell material can be plastic, aluminum alloy or stainless steel. It is a precision conductive slip ring with an integrated structure. The H2586 series slip ring can stably transmit 10A current (multiplied by *10A) or 2A signal,
Application:
small automatic weather stations, wireless anemometers (wind speed and wind direction recorders), cranes, battery pole rolling mills, fully automatic vacuum packaging machines, small automatic filling machines, automatic control aircraft amusement equipment, automatic small bees and other amusement facilities, automation equipment such as textile machinery, raw material storage and transportation systems, fully automatic nail rolling machines, fully automatic winding machines, robot vision systems, intelligent logistics systems and other mechanical equipment that requires through-hole conduction or signal transmission in a rotating device.
Features of H2586 Through Bore Slip Ring
1. The series supports each channel signal (2A) and current (10A, optional 20A/channel);
2. The maximum speed can reach 1000RPM (high-end level);
3. The standard model supports 1-72 channels of 10A current/signal per channel (see the selection table for details), and more channels can be customized;
4. It can mix transmission of video, data, analog and other signals;
5. The product is standardized and has stock;
6. Adopts integrated structure design, easy to install.
