Description of M125 Capsule Slip Ring
The SenRing M125 series is a 360-degree rotating conductive cap slip ring that is designed specifically for small consumer electronics. With an outer diameter of 12.5mm, it has a length option ranging from 13.5mm to 23.5mm. The M125 series cap slip ring features gold-gold contact points for superior stability and long service life.
The rotating end wire and the static end wire are color-coded with 24 different colors, making wiring operations more convenient. The conductive ring is designed with a 90-degree V-groove, which provides a larger contact surface area, smoother rotation, lower torque, and lower dynamic resistance.
Features of M125 Capsule Slip Ring
1. The slip ring has an outer diameter of 12.5mm and a length option ranging from 13.5mm to 23.5mm.
2. The standard model has an IP51 protection rating and supports 2-18 channels with each channel having a current capacity of 2A, and other current sizes can be customized.
3. The torque is very low, not exceeding 0.06N.m. It is a standardized product and has readily available stock.
4. The integrated structure design makes it easy to install.
