PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
Features of machine:
1. Stainless steel version.
2. (One servo) Servo driven cross seal jaw.
3. (One servo) Servo driven film transport.
4. Safe polymethy methacrylate (PMMA) protection.
5. One set SENBO desgin, manufacture and easy change film former/ bag fomer.
6. Industrial PLC controller. Capacity to program data for at least 100 items.
7. Colour touch screen. VFFS machine touch screen adjustment of sealing time, function, temperature and pressure for the horizontal seal jaws. Weigher touch screen adjustment of vibration and weight.
8. Password controlled ACCESS to different operator level.
9. Motorised and manufactured in accordance with the newest (CE/SGS) regulations.
10. Machines operate with low noise. Easy cleaning, low maintenance and ergonomics.

MACHINE DETAILS
1. Stainless steel 304 diamond plate bag former.
2. Heating vertical sealing cover have good protection for operator. It also plays a role of radiating.
3. Insert nitrogen gas (N2) influshing device.
4. Could equip air influshing device. It is popular application on puffy food.
5. Dust remover device. It prevents dust from scattering in the production floor.
6. Safe polymethy methacrylate (PMMA) protection.
7. Intelligent alarm function. In normal production, the machine will automatically stop as the door is opening. The machine also alarm when the machine does not track the printer ribbon and sensor/ color code. All detailed alarm content can be read on the touch screen/HMI.
