1. Structure's Automatic Production:TITAN adopts the Corrugated Platelntelligent & Unmanned Production Line automatic welding machine. The corrugated board welding machine used in trailer production has been widely applied in the manufacture of advanced semi-trailers. Thanks to this control system, the side plates of the trailers are automatically formed at once. This machine ensures the quality of side plates in mass production and improves the serial life of semi-trailers. The strcture is strong and reasonable. Like the photo here:
2. Tank production line:
This production line adopt the most advanced international high-end double pulse TIG Flat Butt Welding Machine, Tank Rolling Machine, Automatic Tig Welding Machine Tanks machines, etc, which fully realizes auto welding for plates and baffles plates, forming tank body at only one time by tank rolling machine. 3. Automatic Base plate welding machine:The Automatic Base Plate Welder is used in TITAN VEHICLE. Automatic tracing of base plate edge. All you have to do is move the welding torch to the first corner of the base board and press' Auto Button ON '. The machine will automatically follow and weld all the seams. High welding seam will increase the service life of heavy semi-trailers when loading cargo on the lower deck. As I show the pictures here:

TITAN can send its technician to the customer’s county to supply technical training. The main course will include the operation, maintenance, understand of various failures and corresponding solving measures. After the training, the customer’s worker can operate the trailer by themselves and very know the various functions of the trailer. 3.
