Material organization:

1.POM 0.30-0.50mm modified polyformaldehyde, with good wear resistance, bearing surface has regular arrangement with spiral Angle oil storage pit, assembly, must be coated with lubricating grease.

2. Copper powder layer 0.20~0.35mm, with good bearing capacity and wear resistance, good thermal conductivity can timely transfer the heat generated in the process of bearing operation. The composite material can penetrate into the pores of the copper powder ball and improve the bonding strength.

3. Mild steel, providing bearing capacity and heat transfer.
