1. Insulation Bi-metallic Stud Pins have an aluminum weld base designed to be welded to thin
gauge aluminum sheet material using the Capacitors Discharge welding process, but may also
be welded with the Short Cycle Drawn Arc weld process on thicker aluminum plate.
2. Insulation Bi-metallic Stud Pins are designed tip ignition according to the capacitors discharge
welding process.
3. The stud flange is designed according to EN ISO 13918.
4. The base material is 5000 Series Aluminum with enough hardness.
5. The pins material is stainless steel or copper coated mild steel
6. Self-Locking washers are available in a variety of sizes, shapes and materials.
