SCM-601 High-speed paper cup machine
Characteristics:
The paper adopts mechanical structure, automatic paper feeding, and paper walking, stable and efficient, the first two molds after automatic corner folding heat forming, the product forming adopt aluminum alloy mold, keeping the mold precision while light and durable, and the product bonding effect is good, bonding seamless, beautiful and solid box, is the ideal equipment for the production of folding paper box.
Equipment controlled by microcomputer, from the suction machine, paper feed, angular, molding, to gather the counts are controlled by parameters, electrical and other key components are imported famous brand, to ensure quality, simple operation, the intelligent operation, save labor costs, one person can operate multiple devices, the intelligent product is efficient and practical.
PLC is used to control the whole electrical system, photoelectric tracking and monitoring, and servo feeding.
The optional CCD image rejection detection system. Stable production capacity of up to 120/min.
