SCM-601 Medium Speed Paper Cup Forming Machine is optimized and upgraded base on the SCM-600 Medium Speed Paper Cup Forming Machine, and over more than 10 years of experience in research, development and production of vertical type Medium Speed Paper Cup Forming Machine, and it’s a high upgrade version of technology accumulation. This machine is more scientific and reasonable transmission mechanism, ultra high precision excellent CAM design to ensure the machine to be a more efficient and stable new-type paper cup forming machine.
SCM-601 high speed paper cup/bowl forming machinecomes with two turnplate, open intermittent indexing cammechanism and gear transmission, longitudinal axis structures.The machine comes with PLC control system,sensorfailuredetecting, and can stop working automatically if the machine hasany problem, it can greatly improve operation safety and reducinglabor cost. The machine can finish the whole process includingpaper feeding, side sealing, cup/bowl bottom punching & feedingheating, knurling, cup/bowl-top curling, cup/bowl stacker. It is thebest choice for making paper cup/bowls.
1. Machine structure:
Two turnplates, open intermittent cam mechanism, and gear transmission, longitudinal axis structures.
2. Automatic lubrication system for the whole machine, It makes all mechanical parts work much more smoothly.
3. Stationary design&Swiss hot air device
Stationary design, reduce the heating instability caused by the heater activity.
Use Swiss Lestier heat, let bottom sealing is more efficient and of better quality.
4. Ultrasonic heater
Compared with traditional copper heaters, the ultrasonic heater is more stable and faster for sealing the cup side.
5. PLC control system (Mitsubishi, Japanese)
It provides easier operation and accurate adjustment and control of the machine.
6. Sensor failure detecting
It can stop working automatically when the problem happens to improve operational safety and reduce labor costs.
7. Two rim curling Institutions
The first curling with internal expansion of the rotary molding, is conducive to improving the paper forming strength; second curling heating stereotypes, beautiful volume, dimensional stability.
8. Customized replaceable molds
It's easy to change the molds to make cups of different sizes.
