Encapsulated Control Line Downhole Tube Stainless Steel Alloy Steel

Our leading products are stainless steel control line (high pressure and super length) and stainless steel testing cable, which are developed by our company independently.
Our products are tested by Tubular Inspection Center of China National Petroleum Corporation, and each performance index meets America ASTM A269, and related industry standards, partial quality index even exceeds the international level. Our products are well accepted by domestic oifield such as Shengli Oilfield, Daqing Oilfield and etc. Our products are mainly applied in petroleum industry, chemical industry, shipbuilding, natural gas, etc.

Seamless control lines are used in SCSSV, Chemical Injection, and Advanced Well Completions. Seamless tubes provide another tubing solution for our customer's complex well designs. The most common uses for Seamless line tend to be shorter length applications whereby no orbital welds are required.
Welded Control Lines are the preferred construction for lines being used in downhole oil and gas applications. Our welded control lines are used in SCSSV, Chemical Injection, Advanced Well Completions, and Gauge Applications.
Quality Control:
Hydrostatic test for each coil and conform to ASTM standards and requested specifications. The specification and length per coil can be customized according to customers’ requirements.
With high pressure and super length from 1/8” to 1/2” OD and a variety of wall thicknesses in loose bulk wound coils or reeled on wooden drum. These products are mainly applied in petroleum industry, chemical industry, shipbuilding, natural gas, and etc.
Encapsulation of control line is to encapsulate the control line with special material such as F46 (a layer of engineering plastics), Rilsan PA11. It can increase durability, as well as chemical and corrosion resistance in order to meet specialized requirements for each project.
