3. Product features and Application
The structure of the center line butterfly valve mainly includes valve body, butterfly plate, valve stem, valve seat and actuator. The shaft center of valve rod, center of butterfly plate and center of body are in the same position, so the structure is simple and the manufacture is convenient. The actuator mainly includes handle, turbine head, electric actuator, pneumatic head, etc. The valve body is made by integral casting process. The seat sealing ring is made of rubber and inlaid on the valve body. The shaft sleeve is designed in the two end shaft holes of the valve body to provide support and lubrication for the valve rod.
The operation of the center line butterfly valve is also very simple.
