1. Product Description
ASME SA209 T1a is a carbon steel molybdenum alloy seamless steel pipe, which is mainly used in boilers and heat exchangers. Because of its good heat resistance and corrosion resistance, it is often used as the core heat-resistant parts of heat-resistant equipment. The product is a cold drawing process. The size of the product is 1 / 2'in-5in (12.7mm-127mm) in outer diameter, and the minimum wall thickness is 0.035in-0.500in (0.9mm-12.7mm). Tubes in other sizes will have different mechanical properties, and it's not applicable in this introduction.
The product is divided into three grades: T1, T1a and T1b. They have different chemical composition, physical properties and service environments.
ASME SA209 T1a molybdenum alloy seamless steel pipe for export can be painted and marked on the surface, threaded and chamfered on both ends, fit pipe protective caps or covers on both ends, with various export packaging methods to ensure the safe transportation of products.
