DIN2391 St35 Precision Seamless Steel Pipe, No Leakage Under High Pressure
1. Description
DIN2391 ST35 precision seamless steel pipe is a cold-rolled high-precision seamless steel pipe. We can make all kinds of precision steel pipes with wall thickness and outer diameter according to customers' requirements. Our factory adopts advanced heat treatment technology. The surface of precision steel pipe is smooth and the finish is very good. The carbon and manganese content of the steel pipe is moderate, and the hardness, tensile strength and yield strength can meet the wide demand. The features of this type of steel pipe are: no deformation in cold bending, no crack in flaring and flattening, and it is applied to high-precision seamless steel pipe in hydraulic system, hydraulic press, injection molding machine and various mechanical hydraulic systems.
Size: 6mm-168mm.
W.T.: 0.8mm-12mm.
Shape: Round.
Production type: Cold drawn or cold rolled.
Length: Single random length/ Double random length or as customer’s actual request max length is 10m.
Grade: St30 Si, St30 Al, St35, St45, St52.
2. Surface Quality
There are generally three delivery states.
A. NBK state (no oxidation bright heat treatment) Features--- high precision, good finish, no oxide layer.
B. Black phosphating state Features--- bright in black, good color, strong rust resistance.
C. Galvanizing State Features--- meet special requirements
