1. Description
316Ti stainless steel plate is added Ti to SUS316 steel to improve the intergranular corrosion resistance.
ASTM316Ti stainless steel sheet is widely used in chemical equipment, high temperature boiler, food industry, nuclear industry, paper industry, heat exchangers, dyeing equipment, film processing equipment, piping, materials for the exterior of buildings in coastal areas etc. Because of the addition of titanium, it has better resistance to grain boundary corrosion and high temperature strength, effectively controlling the formation of chromium carbide. Ti exists as a stabilizing element, and 316Ti is a hot steel, which is much better than 316L in high temperature. So 316Ti stainless steel sheet can be used under strict conditions.
Surface quality--Stainless steel sheet is a very expensive material. Customers also have very high requirements for its surface quality. However, in the production process of stainless steel sheet, various defects, such as scratches, pockmarks, creases, pollution and so on, are inevitable. So it affects the surface quality, such as scratches, creases and other defects. These defects are not allowed in the actual supply, whether it is high-grade or low-grade materials. The pockmarks are also not allowed in spoon, spoon, fork and production, because it is difficult to discard them in polishing. According to the degree and frequency of various defects on the surface, we determine the surface quality level, so as to determine the product level.
Thickness tolerance-- Generally speaking, the thickness tolerance of raw materials is different for different stainless steel products. For example, for class II tableware and heat preservation cup, the thickness tolerance is generally high, which is - 3 ~ - 5%. While the thickness tolerance of class I tableware is generally required to be - 5%, steel pipe is required to be - 10%, the thickness tolerance of materials for hotel freezer is required to be - 8%, and the thickness tolerance of dealers is generally required to be - 4% - 6%. At the same time, the difference between the internal and external sales of products will also lead to different requirements of customers on the thickness tolerance of raw materials. In general, the thickness tolerance requirements of export customers are relatively high, while that of domestic enterprises is relatively low (mostly due to cost considerations), and some customers even require - 15%.
Weldability-- The requirements for weldability are different for different purposes of products. A class of tableware generally does not require welding performance, even including some pot enterprises. But most products need good welding performance of raw materials, such as class II tableware, heat preservation cup, steel pipe, water heater, water dispenser, etc.
Corrosion resistance-- Most stainless steel products require good corrosion resistance, such as class I and II tableware, kitchenware, water heaters, drinking fountains, etc. some foreign businessmen also conduct corrosion resistance tests on the products: use NaCl water solution to warm to boiling, after a period of time, pour out the solution, wash and dry, weigh the weight loss, to determine the degree of corrosion (Note: when the product is polished, because the abrasive cloth or sandpaper contains The presence of Fe will cause rust spots on the surface during the test.)
Polishing performance (BQ)-- At present, stainless steel products generally go through the polishing process in production, and only a few products, such as water heater, water dispenser inner tank, do not need polishing. This kind of stainless steel plate material of our company has good polishing performance.

4. Delivery surface states

Some abbreviated forms of surface treatment name
No.1 - A rough, matte surface that is hot rolled to a specified thickness, annealed, and descaled for use without surface gloss
1D - the surface has discontinuous particles, also known as fog surface. Processing technology: hot rolling + annealing shot peening pickling + cold rolling + annealing pickling.
2D - slightly glossy silver white. Processing technology: hot rolling + annealing shot peening pickling + cold rolling + annealing pickling.
2B - silvery white, better gloss and flatness than 2D surface. Processing technology: hot rolling + annealing shot peening pickling + cold rolling + annealing pickling + quenching and tempering rolling.
BA - excellent surface gloss, high reflectivity, like mirror surface. Processing technology: hot rolling + annealing shot peening pickling + cold rolling + annealing pickling + surface polishing + quenching and tempering rolling.
NO.3 - good glossiness and rough surface. Processing technology: polishing and tempering rolling of 2D products or 2B with 100-120 abrasive materials (JIS R6002).
NO.4 - good glossiness and fine lines on the surface. Processing technology: polishing and tempering rolling of 2D products or 2B with 150-180 abrasive material (JIS R6002).
HL - silver gray with hairline. Processing technology: polishing 2D or 2B products with appropriate abrasive materials to make the surface appear continuous grinding lines.
Mirro - in mirror state. Processing technology: grind and polish 2D or 2B products with appropriate abrasive materials to mirror effect.
