ASTM A519 4140 is Mechanical alloy seamless steel pipe, carbon and manganese content is high, of which the important element free Cr (0.80-1.10) Mo (0.15-0.25), 4140 material has very strong physical properties and relatively high price. We are specialized in exporting all kinds of ASTM A519 1045 seamless steel tubes for machinery. These mechanical pipes are made of carbon steel and alloy steel by cold drawing or hot rolling. Different steel grade may have different produce progress. These pipes have great properties for making machinery arms, automobile shock absorber, axle shaft sleeve and axle housing.
The chemical composition and physical properties are strictly controlled during the production of steel pipe to ensure that the customer's use, the tolerance of outer diameter and wall thickness can fully meet the standard requirements. The steel pipe surface can be sprayed, painted, oiled and passivated according to the customer's requirements. There are many ways to pack products, such as bare packing, simple packing and wooden box packing. Please refer to ASTM A519 table as below for grades.
