SNF80 double blower rice polishing machineis used to process rice paddy directly into white rice,or process brown rice into white rice,and crush husk into fine bran for animal feed at the same time.
Product Features

Working Principle
Grain enters the machine from the feed barrel, and it advances along the axial direction under the conveying of the spiral drum. Due to the resistance of the exit resistance door, the pressure between the grains is generated, and under the action of the straight roller rice knife, they grind each other to peel. After the rice grains reach the required precision, they are discharged from the rice outlet. At the same time, the high-pressure wind generated by the blower is sprayed into the rice milling chamber through the inner hole of the main shaft from the straight roller drape, which strengthens the whitening effect of the rice and takes away some heat generated in the whitening process.The bran is discharged through the rice sieve with the high-pressure wind, and the rice (containing part of bran) flows into the rice hopper from the outlet flange. The crushing fan sucks bran into the crushing chamber from the bran and rice hopper. Under the impact of flakes, the bran is further crushed into fine bran, which is discharged through the sieve and collected by the bran collector. In the end, the rice with required precision can be received from the rice hopper, and the bran which meets the requirements is received by the bran collector.
