Grain is easy to mold in rain season or summer.This kind of dryer machine is to dry wheat, corn, rice and other grain materials by method of circulation,to ensure that the moisture content of grain can meet the safe storage or processing requirement.With lower temperature,the burst rate is very low.It is specially designed for long rice paddy.

Our dryer machines are of 10T, 15T, 20T, 25T, 30T,etc.

1. Fully automatic (automatic monitor over hot air, grain and moisture, automatic failure alarm); Automatic circulation, discharge and shutdown system;

2. The furnace can use coal, wood,biomass particles, crop straw, husk, petrol oil or gas, etc.

3. Lower cost. To reduce 5% moisture of 12 tons rice,it costs 11 usd if use coal as fuel, 6 usd if use husk(If your husk is free,the cost is only 2 usd ).

4. With good effect of grain.Vertical type dryer is a new design by adopting low temperature heating,which can keep original color and taste, shining surface,no sticky,low broken rate.

5.The feeding, circulation and discharge systems are combined with elevator.It has the characteristics of light weight and small area.

6. Use large spiral feeder, high strength nylon bucket, stainless steel board, wear-resisting, anti-deformation, durable and no hurt to grain.

7. With cleaning device, easy to remove grain remaining in case of mixture.

8. Easy installation, operation and maintenance

The rice dryer includes dryer machine elevator, belt conveyor, electric control cabinet, stove.

After cleaned, the grain is sent to the storage section at the top of dryer by elevator. The material level meter controls the feeding to ensure that the equipment is always in full load to improve efficiency.The grain runs in reverse direction with hot air in dryer to realize the whole process of preheating, drying, reversing, drying and cooling, and finally discharged by the belt conveyor at the discharge section.The blower sends used hot air to the collector for purification,so the hot air can be recycled to save fuel consumption.

In the drying process, the drying speed should be controlled. If dried or the cooled too fast, the rice will be easily burst.To ensure the drying quality of rice, the drying speed should not be controlled below 1.5% per hour. In addition,lower hot air temperature is necessary.If the hot air temperature is 38~40 ^oC, the bursting rate is less than 2%.The bursting is not only related to the hot air temperature, but also to the initial moisture content of rice.
