| History: | Our factory was built in 1937,as a State-Owned Enterprises (SOE), specialized in rice mill machines all these years.We were the only manufacturer of rice mill in China at that time.You can see our machines installed everywhere especially in North-East of China.
Our manager who has been engaged in this field for more than 30 years is the most professional engineer.Many government standards of rice mill was made by him.

| Service: | Overseas service is available.We have 7 experienced professional groups which have worked oversea service for more than ten years.When clients meet problems,our engineers will direct them to solve by themselves first via video. If still can't work,our engineers will fly to clients' site in three days.Regarding the installation,we will send two engineers to instruct the installation and train your workers.Before our engineers leave for your factory,we would send you workshop design drawing and list all tools that are necessary for installation.
Regarding spare parts that are easily damaged,we will list all of them before delivery. Once our clients need them later,we will send asap with production cost.
If you don't know how to choose machines,we would teach you according to your real condition of land area,the white rice quality you hope to achieve and how much money you want to invest.
If you don't know how to build the factory,we would instruct and offer design drawing.Further more,we would do turn-key project for you including steel structure workshop. |
