1.Dual inverter technology
The first inverter system is used to control the vacuum setpoint to maintain and match the required vacuum level. The second inverter system is used to regulate the water circulation pump to provide you with an optimised water flow and a stable vacuum level.

The LRP VSD+ series features a smart and intelligent design with a stylish and ergonomic design in a robust closed housing with an operating panel, air inlet, outlet and mains cable connection on the top.
3.Easy maintenance
The IP54 rated enclosure, ease of servicing in a horizontal position, mechanical sealing, lantern flange arrangement with automatic motor alignment, removable heat exchanger and convenient access holes make it easy to clean and service.
4.Various models available
LRP VSD+ series liquid ring vacuum pumps are available in closed cycle versions (standard or stainless steel), open cycle versions (with centrifugal pump or proportional valve), and shell and tube heat exchanger versions.
5.Intelligent monitoring and remote controllability
The LRP VSD+ has a built-in control system. Atlas Copco's HEX@GRIDᵀᴹ central controller enables you to monitor, control and optimise the performance of several LRP VSD+ vacuum pumps simultaneously. The pump also comes standard with Atlas Copco's MkV Elektronikon® controller.
6.Anti-shake algorithm
This safe operation prevents the LRP VSD+ vacuum pump from juddering after long periods of non-use, thus maximising service life and minimising maintenance.
LRP VSD+ Series - Intelligent Liquid Ring Vacuum Pumps
The LRP VSD+ Intelligent Liquid Ring Vacuum Pump offers outstanding vacuum performance and interconnectivity. It offers improved energy efficiency and reduced operating and maintenance costs. Its ease of use, integration into existing processes and ability to be centralised make it a truly unique liquid ring vacuum pump.
The LRP VSD+ has a small footprint and is delivered in a simple monobloc housing. A noise containment canopy significantly reduces noise pollution in the immediate working environment, resulting in an operating noise level of 65 dB(a).
The LRP VSD+ comes as standard with Atlas Copco's MkV Elektronikon® controller with built-in vacuum management system. Elektronikon® is a user-friendly monitoring system that can be integrated into your plant management system for complete pump and vacuum process control, and provides feedback on pump operating status, operating history, set-point control, and inlet air conditions. conditions.
The LRP 700-1000 VSD+ is particularly well suited for demanding applications where entrained liquids and solids are handled in wet environments:
