ZD Series: Small Air and Nitrogen Boosters
Our ZD (VSD) hybrid solution combines the benefits of oil-free screw technology, drum adsorption dryers and well-known piston booster technology.
As a result, it can provide oil-free dry air or nitrogen for medium and high pressure applications such as:
· PET Industry: Blowing bottle
· Instrument air source
· Natural Nitrogen Outlet Capture
· Air source for soot blowing device
The ZD system is easy to install and use: no complex connections or foundations are required. The Z and D compressors can be used in parallel or separately, and can achieve a variety of different pressure ratios (between 25 and 40 bar), saving you time and costs in maintenance.
Four stage air compression with high efficiency intercooling improves the compression efficiency significantly. Additional energy savings can be achieved by adding variable speed drive (VSD) and energy recovery devices.

ZD combines well-known oil-free screw compactor, adsorption air dryer and booster technology. Designed to improve the efficiency and reliability of compressed air systems.

With a hybrid tethered design, ZD reduces the number of components, which helps increase component life, extend maintenance intervals and reduce maintenance costs.
· Air purity
ZD Booster Compressors are certified to ISO 8573 - 1Class 0 Oil Free, which means oil does not enter your air or nitrogen system, minimizing the risk of product contamination.

Compared with the three-stage piston design, the four-stage compression efficiency with intercooling function is higher.
MD drying machine can also improve the compression efficiency of the supercharger.
· Energy reuse
With an optional heat recovery unit, you can use hot water generated in your production system for boilers, sprinklers and cleaning processes, thereby reducing energy costs.
· VSD is more energy efficient
The variable speed drive makes the ZD on average 35% more efficient than a fixed-speed press. By letting the MD dryer use the heat of compression to dry, further energy saving can be achieved.
