Automatic tension control of raw materials to ensure the balance of tension of raw materials;

The equipment is enabled total quantity counting and single-stack counting, which is convenient for the post-process connecting to the sterilization packing line;
Modular/humanized design for easy maintenance;
The whole machine is made of aluminum alloy, sheet metal and chrome-plated steel. It is good-looking, durable and anti-rust, causing no pollute to the environment.
Full servo action is adopted in the ear-loop welding to achieve energy-saving and high-speed;
The entire production line requires two operators, one is responsible for the operation of the machine and the replacement of the raw material rolls; another is responsible for collecting the finished product mask and arranging the boxes in an orderly manner; the person supervising the machine can take care of multiple machines at the same time.
