| Squeegee
Description |
Soft scraper (65 degrees) can get thicker ink and a higher rate to cover printing. Hard plastic scraper (85 degrees) can be obtained when the printing ink thinner, more suitable in UV ink printing fonts and fine lines. Try to avoid excessive pressure on the squeegee screen, this will result in very thick layers of ink, it is difficult to control, excessive wear will also screen, so the right way is to make both ends of the squeegee and screen edge appropriate distance, then printed with an appropriate pressure. When the squeegee is loaded grip Do not apply excessive pressure or use force to squeeze into a size too thick, you should regularly allow the squeegee rest rather than continuous use.

| Cleaning |
