The shape of all surfaces determines the pressure on the surface of the substrate material. The sharper the squeegee printing end, the less the excess ink flow, the better the resolution of the printed image, the better the printing clarity, and the thicker the printing ink layer

2. The hard squeegee used for the largest printing pressure and printing ink viscosity is very high.Small amount of oil accumulation and image resolution are usually in the screen printing can choose the hard squeegee.it produces the ink layer is very thin.
