Sintered wire mesh and nonwoven sintered mesh for a variety of (fine or deep or sub-micron) filtration applications such as petrochemical and chemical industries, water conditioning and pharmaceuticals
The sintered wire mesh is composed of a plurality of layers of stainless steel wire mesh laminated by sintering.
This has produced a large class of new materials with a variety of mechanical properties. By combining multiple layers of different mesh weaves, materials with specific target thicknesses, permeability, pore size and mechanical strength can be designed. Some layers are used for high precision filtering and others are used for protection and enhancement.
