Description of monofilament polyester screen mesh
Single yarn rayon mesh: It is suitable for screen printing of general screen printing factory, garment printing factory, handbag silk screen, plexiglass, plastic panel, etc. Polyester mesh is also made of chemical synthetic fibers and belongs to the polyester system. Polyester mesh has the advantages of solvent resistance, high temperature resistance, water resistance and chemical resistance. When the polyester mesh is subjected to external pressure, its physical properties are stable and the stretchability is small. The disadvantage is that the wear resistance is poor compared to nylon mesh. In addition to the advantages of nylon screen printing, polyester mesh is also suitable for printing printed circuit boards with high dimensional accuracy requirements.

The single-wire mesh is suitable for printing integrated circuits, thick-film semiconductors, scale plates, counting plates and other high-precision printed materials; tensile strength, structural strength, resilience and printing durability are good; Sufficient chemical resistance, especially strong acid resistance, strong organic solvent resistance, recyclable like nylon; low hygroscopicity, almost unaffected by humidity; heat resistance higher than nylon; affected by ultraviolet light Nylon should be small.
