- The SL1466 is suitable for printing UV inks in various colors on plastic round bottles and jars. The machine is easy to operate and has a fast changeover speed.
- Model SL1488 is suitable for printing UV inks in various colors on plastic round, oval and square bottles. This machine is popular for a wide range of applications.
- The machine is modular, with each module including separate screen printing and UV curing functions, and can be linearly connected to achieve an integrated production line of up to 8 colors.
- The machine can be connected to a foil stamping or labeling module to make a multifunctional printing line with screen printing and foil stamping or labeling.
- The bottle feeding conveyor can be connected directly to the bottle making equipment or to an automatic bottle trimmer to replace manual bottle feeding.
- After printing, the discharge can be connected to bagging machine instead of manual bagging.
SAFE EFFIENCY INNOVATIVE
* SL1488/1788 automatic printing machines for screen printing of containers of plastic or other materials with round, oval, square or rectangular cross-section, with centered or off-center necks.
* Shape changeover: 30 minutes per machine, from cylindrical to oval or flat.
* Linear unit structure combinations: up to 8 inline colors are optional.
* Machine is PLC and touch screen operated for easy operation with excellent alarm system.
* Infeed components include: infeed belt and robot hand for side selection.
* Side-selection mainframe is driven by servo motor for rotary dedusting and flame treatment of round containers.
* Flame treatment for round, oval and rectangular containers.
* Pre-positioning device
* Secondary positioning device for printing.
* Electronic lifting device for squeegees
* UV curing by rotation of round containers driven by stepper motors.
* Electronic UV system: device with freely adjustable light (alternative to LED UV curing systems).
