Johnson screen mesh is welded by V wire and support rod.There is a fixed value slot between each v wire, and the continuous slot, designed to provide maximum open are to reduce entrance velocity, increase hydraulic efficiency and promote more effective development. The finished reverse wedge wire screen cylinder have a smooth inside.The filter screen cylinder has a number of longitudinal and horizontal ribs on the outside, greatly enhancing the anti-crushing strength of the sieve cylinder, especially suitable for sieving cylinder with rotating blades inside the extruder.
