Xinhe Tungsten TCT cutters are loosely fitted on lateral shafts which are then placed inside a drum housing. The cutting wheels are mounted on shafts on a removable drum. Scarifiers fling or impact multiple number of flails cutters onto concrete surface. Tungsten or hardened steel flails strike the surface leaving a clear roughened or textured surface.

Features:

Standard Tooling includes two types of complete drums. The HMT-5.40 carbide 5-pin cutter is designed for thin and hard material removal. Its applications include roughening, abrading, leveling, grooving, bulk concrete removal, high spot removal, curled joints, thick coating and overlayment removal. The TMO-7.15 solid carbide milling cutter is designed to remove thick and soft thermoplastics, line stripes, and traffic markings on concrete and asphalt. The TSR-5.5 star wheel or solid carbide was designed for thin and hard material removal, such as paint, coatings, adhesive removal, plastic coatings, and dirt. This star wheel cutter leaves a 'shot blasted like' profile.
