Bicycle package is big parcel , big and heavy, even we very well protection action before sending out , the package or object damaged can't 100% avoid. So for small scratch , non- functional damage, please show some Sympathy and understanding.
Slightly damage/certain part damage --negotiation to partial compensation or resend damage parts.
Big damage , affect normal function, return& refund. Or return and resend new bike.
