Where do we ship the bikes from?
We ship your bike and accessories directly from our factory in China
When will I receive the bike?
When we receive your order, we will submit it to the factory for production, assembly, debugging, and shipment. This process often takes 6-8 days. If it is a new bicycle model, it may take about 6-13 days. Shipment from China , If it is not affected by the epidemic, the delivery time is usually about 7-10 days
The bikes still need to be assembled. Which parts still need to be assembled?
Right. Due to transportation, it would not be possible to ship the bike 100% assembled. The following parts (front wheel, handlebars, seat post and pedals) would still need to be assembled. The complete assembly is simple. If you have any questions regarding the mounting, please feel free to contact us.
