This series of products is a two-chamber impact crusher with a large crushing cavity structure. The hard rock impact crusher has the characteristics of high output, large crushing ratio, low unit energy consumption, high utilization rate of wear-resistant parts and convenient maintenance. 1. Non-circular rotor acceleration field control (VS traditional circular rotor)
The eccentric adjustable rotor developed based on the Coriolis effect realizes dynamic adjustment of the hammer line speed difference of ±18% through kinematic equation optimization. Comparison tests with Metso's NP series show that:

The cube yield rate is increased to 94% (89% for competing products)

The hammer unit consumption is reduced to 0.032kg/t (industry standard 0.04-0.06kg/t)

2. Intelligent hydraulic maintenance system (VS bolt mechanical adjustment)
Integrated electro-hydraulic proportional valve (response time ≤50ms) + closed hydraulic circuit (pressure resistance 35MPa) to achieve precise adjustment of the impact frame opening at the level of 0.1mm. Equipped with a fault self-diagnosis system (13 types of common fault code library), the maintenance window period is shortened to 45 minutes (traditional methods require 4-6 hours). Passed the EU CE PED 2014/68/EU hydraulic system certification and was successfully applied to the concrete aggregate emergency support system of CGN Yangjiang Nuclear Power Station.
