Applying Electrode pads:
Clean skin thoroughly prior to each application of electrodes.Electrodes do not stick well if any lotion,oil,make-up,dirt,etc.
Helpful hint:Always moisten skin with a damp cloth prior tot applying the electrodes.
Removing the electrodes:
Lift at the edge of the electrodes and peel gently away from the skin.
If the electrodes with lead wires,please do not pull on the lead wire when removing the electrodes from the release liner or skin.You may damage the electrodes if you do so.
Care and Storage of electrodes:
Between uses,store the electrodes is the resealable bag and in a cool and dry place.
The life of the electrodes varies depending upon skin conditions,storage,amount of use,type of stimulation,and stimulation site.Excessively oily skin will reduce the life span of the electrodes.
