Main Features
1. ADL feeding unit
1) Double air expansion axles material shelf has A,B shafts, can unwind the materials by servo motor independently. The unwinding speed is controlled by constant tension controller.
2) Cutting and splicing device adopts shearing style.
3) Zero speed reduce splicing device, auto reject the defects.
4) Material detection, auto alarm and stop the machine once material run out.
5) Auto reject the defects with raw material joint
6) Web guider rectify the material direction automatically
7) Size of material: width 80mm, diameter ≤800mm,roll center diameter 3 inches.
2. ADL cutting unit, knife holder uses 45# steel, side brackets thickness is 40 mm
