Ladies sanitary pads packaging machine adopts automatic feeding, box opening, box entering, batch number printing (optional), glue spraying, box sealing and other packaging forms, with compact and reasonable structure and simple operation and adjustment;The equipment adopts servo/stepper motor and touch screen, PLC programmable control system, the man-machine interface display operation is more clear and simple, high degree of automation, more user-friendly;The machine adopts automatic feeding and conveying mechanism, which facilitates the linkage production with automatic production line and can greatly reduce labor cost.The machine adopts photoelectric automatic detection and tracking system, which can save packaging materials.

1. Controlled with unreeling tension to fit production with different tension of raw paper
2. Count automatically and orderly placed, convenient to pack(when produce square tissue)
3. Attach with folding unit ensuring accurate position and unify sizes of product.
4. Adopt steel against wool embossing roller to have clear embossing.( the embossing unit can be steel against steel roller according to customer's requirement )
5. According to customer's requirement we can design the machine with one color printing, two colors printing or multi-color printing unit.

Packing and Shipping:

If there is any damage, please contact our company in time. If it is intact, the customer can safely sign for it. After signing, the wooden box and packaging can be removed by themselves. After the removal, the machine can enter the installation stage.
