Product Description:

1. Elastic wasit NW with turned and repitching core lamination unit, edge folding unit:
This unit is designed to make two pieces elastic waist NW laminated with turned and repitching core by glue and then edge folding unit to fold the unelasticization waist NW edge to the core.
2. Longitudinal folding:
This unit studied and built to fold the web along the center line of the machine and drives it to the next station for waist parts welding;
3. Release tape applying unit:
Double air expansion shaft and driven unwinder, material roll diameter≤500mm, axle diameter 3’;
It is transferred to scraping unit by vacuum conveyor belt, short cutting and then transferred by vacuum anvil. Scraping method is adopted and auto cleaning system equipped for cutter blade.
4. Waist parts welding system:
This unit is composed by sealing roller and anvil, oil pressing unit; gap micro adjustment system and conduction oil outside loop heating system in order to assure the welding strengthen.
5. Final cutter unit:
The unit is composed by rotating knife, under vacuum anvil and pinch and transfer units between cutter frame;
Easy disassemble cutting blade on the cutter roll, regrinding and change. with automatic cleaning system.

Packing and Shipping:

All the machines of our company are wrapped in wrapping film and wooden boxes before shipment. They are shipped as standard (except for local company procurement) to check whether the packaging is intact before the customer receives the goods. If there is any damage, please contact our company in time. If it is intact, the customer can safely sign for it. After signing, the wooden box and packaging can be removed by themselves. After the removal, the machine can enter the installation stage.
