I. Product Introduction
The sandwich panel prefab house is the most economical and applicable temporary buildings for accommodation, office, and storage. It is with a span of about 5m to 18m and a length of 1.82M as the standard module expansion.
Because of the unique structural system, it is superior wind resistance, cold-formed thin-walled steel structure, the cross layout of flexible stay wire, and lateral wall panel layout, constitute a stable frame shear wall building structure.
It is one of the most efficient temporary buildings that can be installed, with 4 people a day and 80 ㎡. A 40-foot container can carry about 200 ㎡. This prefabricated house is also one of the temporary buildings with the best disassembly and assembly performance, with 10 times of disassembly and assembly.
II. Product description
This sandwich panel prefab camp is designed as accommodation. It is more suitable for sites such as oil sites, drilling companies, and factories' living area.
There are 7 blocks of building, 4 blocks for worker dormitories, 1 block for management dormitory, two blocks for worker toilets, one block for the worker's shower room, one block for kitchen and dining.
All the management dormitories have its own toilet rooms, which equiped with a shower room, a sitting toilet, and a washbasin,
There also could add some blocks for prefab offices if need. It could satisfy the most of construction demons, if not, we also have professional technician team that can customize the drawing.
