Introduction
The chamber filter press utilizes the different pressure on both sides of the filter cloth, force most of the moisture in the material to pass through the filter cloth and flow out of the machine body, the material in the filter chamber is blocked to form a filter cake, to achieve the purpose of filtration. Due to the large pressure difference on both sides of the cloth during the filtration process, increased filtration speed and reduced water content of the filter cake. The special filter cloth is used to make the filtrate clear, and the filtration effect is much better than the vacuum filter.
Working principle
Chamber filter press is through the filter plate extrusion, so that the water in the sludge through the filter cloth discharge, to achieve the purpose of dehydration. A certain number of filter plates are closely arranged under the action of strong mechanical force, and a filter chamber is formed between the surface of the filter plate and the surface of the filter plate, filtered materials are sent to the filter chamber under strong positive pressure, the solid part of the filtered materials entering the filter chamber is intercepted by the filter medium (such as filter cloth) to form a filter cake, and the liquid part is discharged through the filter medium. So as to achieve the purpose of solid-liquid separation.

Spare parts
Delivery: 5-15 working days after receipt of earnest money.
Price terms: FOB/Shanghai.
Packing: The products should be processed to be rustproof and moisture proof before delivery. The small parts are packed into wooden crates; the big parts are wrapped by plastic sheeting.
Payment: T/T. earnest money (30% of total amount) to be paid in advance, the rest amount to be paid after Inspection and before goods leaves factory.
