Product introduction
On the basis of the original dewatering screen, cyclone installed vertical to the screen surface. According to the principle of fluid mechanics, the recovery rate is higher than ordinary type, and the solid content will controlled to lower levels from overflow waste water, to achieve higher effect of sand recycling work. Widely used in mud purification, artificial sand production line, hydro power station and sand aggregate system, glass raw material processing system and coarse slime recovery, and fine material recovery.
Working principle
The finished material of the sand washing machine directly enters the dewatering screen for dehydration. The mud water discharged from the sand washing machine enters the equipment cleaning tank, and is pumped to the high pressure separator through the bottom vacuum high pressure pump for classification and concentration. The sand mouth enters the dehydration, and other waste water, mud, powder, impurities, etc. are discharged into the return water tank through the overflow port of the high pressure separator.
Product advantages:
It can effectively reduce the loss of fine sand and control it within 5% -10%.
Vibrating screen adopts polyurethane screen which has longer life than other types of screens and will not block holes.
The cyclone is lined with polyurethane, which increases the service life of the entire device, and can smoothly complete slurry concentration, liquid clarification and other tasks.
Fine particles are fully recovered, reducing the workload of the sedimentation tank and reducing the cleaning cost of the sedimentation tank.
Reduced fines storage time, can be directly transferred, supply the market.
