The D-type bucket elevator is code-named D, which is a belt-type bucket elevator. It has the advantages of large conveying capacity, high lifting height, stable and reliable operation and long service life.
D type bucket elevator use and maintenance precautions:
1. The bucket elevator should drive at an empty load. Therefore, all materials in the hopper should be drained before each stop, and then parked.
2, can not be reversed. If the reverse is reversed, the chain derailment may occur, and it is troublesome to eliminate the derailment failure.
3. Uniform feeding. It is forbidden to suddenly increase the feed amount. The feeding amount cannot exceed the conveying capacity of the hoist. Otherwise, it is easy to cause a "smuggling" accident when the material at the bottom is piled up seriously.
4. Replenish the lubricating oil in time and in a timely manner. When the chain and hopper are seriously worn or damaged, they should be replaced in time.
The D-type bucket elevator is characterized by rapid centrifugal unloading and adopts a rubber conveyor belt as the traction mechanism. Therefore, it is not suitable for conveying large blocks, materials with high abrasion resistance and high extraction resistance. The temperature of the material to be conveyed must not exceed 80. °C.
D-type bucket elevators are used to transport loose or broken materials, such as cement, sand, earth coal, alkali, refractory materials, chemical materials, grain, flour, etc., in a straight direction or at large angles of inclination. Bucket elevators are used in a wide range of applications in the construction materials, chemical industry, refractory industry, metallurgical and chemical industries, food industry, foundry, flour mills and grain warehouses.
